Benefits of having a billing department on-site.

WCP has an internal billing department so you can talk to an actual person, not an automated system, at the laboratory when you call.  We offer a variety of billing options for our clients such as:

1. Medicare/Medicaid billing – WCP will bill Medicare Part B in both Missouri and Illinois.  We also bill Medicaid programs.
2. Insurance billing – We can bill third party payers directly.  We will bill secondary insurance companies directly when the primary insurance carrier doesn’t cover all the costs.
3. Billing options – We will work with our patients who are uninsured or under financial hardship conditions to help them establish a payment plan that works with their budget.
4. Client billing – We will bill the doctor’s office directly for laboratory tests as requested.
