WCP has an internal billing department so you can talk to an actual person, not an automated system, at the laboratory when you call.  We offer a variety of billing options for our clients such as:

√  Medicare/Medicaid billing – WCP is a participating provider in both Medicare & Medicaid Programs. Additionally, we will file all secondary insurances when they are provided.

 √  Insurance billing – We can bill third party payers directly.  We will bill secondary insurance companies directly when the primary insurance carrier does not cover all the costs.

 √  Patient billing options – We will work with patients who are uninsured or under financial hardship conditions to help them establish a payment plan that works within their budget.

 √  Client billing – We will bill the doctor’s office directly for laboratory tests as requested.

 WCP Laboratories accepts all insurance. Our Pathologists are preferred providers for virtually all insurance carriers.
