Fees & Insurance

A single, global bill for the technical and professional services will be provided, which includes processing and interpretation. Additional fees will be made for biopsies of multiple sites, sites other than skin (when applicable), and special procedures. Our fees are competitive with those of local, regional, and national laboratories. Current listing of fees may be requested.

We are providers for numerous insurance companies, as well as Medicare and Medicaid, and all of which establish different benefit fee schedules. We also provide traditional service for a fee. To avoid delays in insurance benefits, and, in some cases, calls made directly to you, it is essential to provide all required insurance informaton along with your personal information (i.e., address, telephone number, Social Security number etc.) to your physician.
