Immunopathology and Hematopathology. He is a graduate of Kaohsiung
Medical College in Taiwan and completed his residency at Washington
University/Barnes Hospital. He is on the faculty at St. Louis
University Medical School. Dr. Tsai introduced clinical Flow Cytometry
to the St. Louis area over 25 years ago. He developed the automated
Immunohistochemistry (IHC) staining technique, introduced the most
advanced 6-color Flow Cytometry method as well as the newest technique
in automated molecular pathology in-situ hybridization (ISH) technique.

Roswell Park Cancer Institute in Buffalo, New York and a Cytopathology
Fellowship at Louisiana State University School of Medicine in
Shreveport, Louisiana.
